Federal Marshall makes arrest at Times Three Family Restaurant!

A little after 11 am today, QPD Officer Rick Patterson, Sgt. Xavier Frausto (in plain clothes) and a US Marshal arrested an unknown man with dark hair, wearing jeans and a black shirt. The arrest took place behind the back door of the Times Three Family Restaurant on W. Main St. next to the Mc Donalds. It is not clear whether the man was an employee of the restaurant, or what he was arrested for.

Photos soon! If you have information, please post it here in the comments!

  1. You really don't want to know who I am.... YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!!June 16, 2011 at 9:08 PM

I saw it. I didn't see the arrest but I saw Rick Patterson and Javier Fraustao?? leaving the (crime?) scene (and curiously refusing to make eye contact with me) and mister federal jackboot undressing his gear into his SUV. What's up with this? Enquiring minds want to know. And what's local pd doing helping the feds? It's probably just administrative stuff???

  3. It's common for any local PD to assist U.S. Marshall's when arresting someone, QPD did nothing wrong there. You don't need to know why someone is being arrested at the time they are being arrested, it will be in the news in due time. No I don't support Jeff, he sucks as a Police Chief but as far as needing to know why they were there arresting someone Duh they most likley had a warrant with the U.S. Marshalls Office and like I said it's common for any local PD to go along and assist. Be patient and read the news paper it will be in there.
